Fil-Estate founders Robert Sobrepeña, Atty. Ferdinand Santos and Noel Cariño

Fil-Estate Realty Corporation started in 1981 as a 3-man venture that proved to be as formidable as any well-established conglomerate of business greats. The three founders, Mr. Robert Sobrepeña, Atty. Ferdinand Santos and Mr. Noel M. Cariño combined their marketing, management, and development skills and strengths, and spearheaded the company with a standard of excellence that made the company successful right at its very first project, the Town and Country Executive Village along Marcos Highway.

Because of this standard of excellence, Fil-Estate became the preferred marketing group among big real estate developers like Sta. Lucia Realty & Development, Inc. and Techno-Asia Construction & Development, Inc., and became the number one real estate marketing company in the 1990s. In 1992, Fil-Estate was named the "Marketing Organization of the Year" by the Chamber of Real Estate and Builders Associations, Inc (CREBA).

To answer the ever-growing needs of its clients, Fil-Estate extended its services from marketing through management to development, thereby creating the Fil-Estate Group of Companies. In fact, Fil-Estate has revolutionized real estate development with its many innovative projects, such as residential properties packaged with a world-class golf course, Condotels (condominiums operated as hotels) and Condovisions (condominiums with subdivision amenities). Fil-Estate does not only venture in real estate. It also spearheaded the Metro Rail Transit, the efficient light rail transportation system from the North Triangle to Taft avenue, and Splash Island, the country's largest family water park in Laguna.

Today, Fil-Estate Group of Marketing Companies is the biggest real-estate marketing network, with an inventory of over 50 residential projects, totaling over 2,000 hectares nationwide. It caters to people from all walks of life and with different needs.
